Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Shipping

Each delivery has free domestic shipping within the US. We offer a flat rate of $12 per shipment to Canada. 

Domestic and Canadian orders have an expected shipping time of 3-5 working days.

We offer international shipping. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address.

Customs/Duties/VAT/Sales Tax: For all customers, VAT or Sales Tax will be added on to applicable goods automatically during the checkout process. For domestic customers, you will not receive any further charges relating to customs, duties and VAT. If you do receive a bill for charge, please contact poize@poizeworkwear.com so that we may rectify the issue. For international customers (outside the US and Canada), we do our best to cover the cost of customs fees in your order, however, we can not guarantee you will not be charged additional import duties for the order into your home country. Poize Workwear is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur after your order has left our shipment facility. Returns

Returns are accepted by Poize Workwear within 28 days of receipt of the original good. Returns are only accepted if the good is undamaged and un-used.

For US returns, a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee, will be credited to your Afterpay, Paypal or Bank account within 28 days of the returned parcel’s arrival into our facility.

For Canadian returns, a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee, will be credited to your Afterpay, Paypal or Bank account within 28 days of the returned parcel’s arrival into our facility.  

For International returns, we offer ONLY a refund of the price you paid for the item, we do not refund shipping, customs or sales tax costs.

Please contact us at poize@poizeworkwear.com to arrange your return or have any questions. We will be back to you within 24-48 hours providing a return label for your return shipment. Please note, our shipping labels expire within 24 hours of issuance, and after this time period we cannot compensate you for the shipping cost of the return.

We will do our best to accommodate your situation, but we reserve the right to withdraw if excessive returns are requested, or if we deem the customer to be attempting to take advantage. You may wish to use recorded delivery as Poize Workwear is not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges are free of charge, for Domestic and Canadian orders, but subject to availability. For International orders, we charge for the additional shipping, customs and sales tax fees. Once again, we reserve the right to withdraw if excessive exchanges are requested.
